There's no fee for hotel bookings, group travel, or cruises. We earn a commission from the travel partners we book for you, which means you pay the same (or often less) than booking directly. Custom itineraries that require advanced planning may have a planning fee, but our rates are transparent and affordable. We'll always be upfront about costs before moving forward.

Ideally 3 to 6 months before your trip, especially for group travel or peak-season destinations. That said, we've pulled off amazing trips on shorter timelines too. The sooner you reach out, the more options we'll have, but it's never too late to start a conversation.
